Robert D. Barbee* has been a practicing attorney since 1979 when he received his J.D. with high honors from Texas Tech University School of Law. Mr. Barbee has extensive experience in all types of civil litigation, including complex commercial and toxic tort litigation. Some of his recent successes include representation of a commercial property owner in a construction dispute, representation of a home inspection company in litigation involving alleged home foundation problems, and defense of a broker in a securities fraud matter. Mr. Barbee also has training and experience as a mediator and has served as court appointed mediator in cases pending in the courts of Dallas County. He also represents clients in both mediation and arbitration.

Jennifer A. Gehrt* received her J.D. in 1988 from the University of Texas School of Law. Ms. Gehrt has represented clients in matters involving commercial leases, covenants not to compete, rights of first refusal, tortious interference, libel and slander, business disparagement, misappropriation of trade secrets, injunctive relief, and receivership. Ms. Gehrt recently represented a property management company in connection with its liability to fund part of a settlement with a former tenant, reducing the property manager's liability by more than fifty percent. Ms. Gehrt is fluent in Spanish and speaks French and Portuguese as well.
